Parkings
A total of 24 parking facilities have been completed, providing parking space for approximately 5,500 vehicles. Additionally, 7 parking facilities are currently under construction, which will provide space for approximately 1,100 vehicles. Altogether, these 31 parking facilities will accommodate around 6,600 vehicles.
Construction of Vending Zone in Ajivika Bhawan and Food Court in Lift Area
Under the Shimla Smart City Limited initiative, a 230-shop vending zone complex was developed at Ajivika Bhawan/MC Old Bakery Building in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation Shimla.
DEVELOPMENT OF BUS STANDS
Shimla Smart City Limited has constructed two bus stands—one at Dhalli Chowk and another at Lakkar Bazaar. These bus stands serve the upper areas of Shimla and Kinnaur district.

DEVELOPMENT OF PEDESTRIAN PATHS
Embracing the Shimla Smart City Limited mission, Shimla has developed a 23 km network of pedestrian pathways across the city. The initiative ensures safer, smoother walking—especially for the elderly and school children—while reviving the city’s historic walking culture.
